James’ past is well documented; coming to prominence as the frontman of the Mercury Prize-winning Klaxons, he helped create a mini-revolution in British music and spawned a youth subculture that blurred the lines between independent and pop music in ways that still reverberate today.
James comes to Thorington on 26th August with tracks from this forthcoming album, including ‘Release Party’, offering sounds which retain some of the glam, 70’s art-lounge atmosphere of his first solo album, The Performer, yet embody exquisitely slick electronic production and Righton’s observational lyrics giving an altogether more modernist quality.

With a voice described by Wonderland Magazine as "stunningly soulful, hypnotising and brooding" and a live performance which triumphed over 600+ acts in a nationwide competition to support Ed Sheeran; Caswell is without doubt one of the most exciting live acts of the moment. Hailing from Ipswich and a staple of the local music scene, she crafts a flavour of neo-soul, downtempo electronica and elaborate pop.
